TERMS: Prepayment in U.S. funds for the amount of the sale in the form of a Money Order, Cashiers Check, Personal Check (please note, personal checks take 4 business days to clear). For credit card use contact us at 770-914-7794. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

RETURNS: Must be made within 7 days upon receipt of the knife. The knives must be insured and sent at the expense of the sender.

ORDERS: Custom orders are available from most makers. Please contact us for one on one discussions on these orders.

PRICING: I do my best to provide the best pricing possible. I make every attempt to sell knives at the maker's price. Due to the business arrangements with the makers, this is not always possible. But I will try to maintain the best prices available.

TRADE-INS: We will apply the full purchase price of most knives purchased from Bob Neal Custom Knives toward the purchase of a more expensive (at least $150 more) knife. The knife must be in the same condition as original purchase.

All purchaser's must be 18 years or older.
